University/Botanic Garden Trials Blooms of Bressingham varieties are trialed at leading perennial growers prior to introduction to test their performance potential in a wide variety of growing conditions. Additional testing is ongoing through formal university field trials and more informal public botanic garden displays. Not every plant will do well in every region.
